Bait & lures
The bait decides the pool — not where you stand. Casting the right water with the wrong lure catches nothing new, which is why the game is really a bait progression.

Tips that matter
- Dynamite is the early money maker — On the forest island, buy the new rod, then the starter lure, then save for dynamite. Light it and throw it into the water for a pile of fish — that is how you afford the pistol or shotgun.
- Cooking adds +1.5x to fish value — Once the grill NPC unlocks cooking on the desert island, hold F to control how cooked a fish is. Perfect cooking multiplies what it sells for.
- Skip the small piranhas in boss #2 — The Giant Piranha keeps summoning normal piranhas — do not kill them deliberately. Eat them mid-fight to heal instead.
- Grilled snails fully heal you — On the volcano island, catch snails by the lava and grill them in it. In the final fight, stock up on these instead of relying on luck.
- The Wishbone boosts drip luck — It sits at the end of a stone-pillar parkour islet that appears at random. Upgrading it costs euros, the post-launch currency.
- The seagull is a real threat — It dive-bombs and drops droppings. Hide behind the grill or a building, and step aside when it climbs.
