Finishing the game in under one hour
The hardest achievement in How to Fish is the speed one: complete the entire game in under an hour. It is also the achievement with the most community guides written about it, which tells you how many people are stuck on it.
What makes it hard
The game's normal route is deliberately slow. A speed run has to skip the fishing economy almost entirely and go straight at the quest and boss chain, which means you fight late-game bosses with starter gear. Community guides describe both solo and glitchless routes.

- Skip optional fishing; only catch what a quest demands.
